Bats/Throws: Isolated Power

Isolated Power (ISO): Slugging Percentage (SLG) minus Batting Average (BA).  This removes singles from SLG. ISO is extra bases per at bat (AB).  Or:

Total Bases (TB): (1B)+(2B*2)+(3B*3)+(HR*4)

ISO = (TB - 1B) / AB

Definitions:
Both: switch hitters
RR: bats right, throws right
RL: bats right, throws left
LR: bats left, throws right
LL: bats left, throws left
BR: bats both, throws right
BL: bats both, throws left
