Vince DiMaggio: Almost a Yankee.

The youngest three of the five DiMaggio brothers played MLB: Vince (9/9/1912), Joe (11/25/1914), Dom (2/12/1917).   Two of the three MLB DiMaggio brothers almost played together on the New York Yankees.

Vince DiMaggio, two years older than his brother Joe, was acquired by the Yankees in a trade; Vince was 26 years old.
