What worries me is plate discipline and ba. Guys like Votto and Batista walk almost as much as they k, and in Votto's case consistently hit for a high average. What I fear for Davis is a 30's similar to Dave Kingman, who continued hitting 40 homers right through his age 39 retirement year, but recorded record 200+ k #s and hit .190 or low .200 s with very few walks.
