Yulieski Gurriel: Yankee GM Brian Cashman hardly ever misses an opportunity to miss an opportunity.

Astros sign Cuban infielder Yulieski Gurriel to a 5-year, $47.5 million deal By Ryan Dunsmore @d_more55 on Jul 15, 2016, 3:43p

Asleep?

Cheap?

Stupid?

Timid?

The New York Yankees need new leadership as much as any traditional team.

Interesting you regularly mock baseball fans who want to see prospects, who you the point out have never done anything in the major leagues and likely haven't seen play. Then you kill the Yankees for not signing a Cuban 32 year old (Cuban 32 mind you) who hasn't done anything in the majors and nearly out of his prime age. And you cry about Cashman again.

International players don't play in the majors until they play in the majors, which is after they sign.
