Stop staring at Batting Average and Home Runs. Look at their percentage above the league. Sunday, January 30, 2022
Since we're looking at only one season, we'll keep it simple and only look at AB/HR.
https://stathead.com/tiny/uyPqY
For single seasons, in 2025, in the regular season, requiring Home Runs >= 30, sorted by descending Home Runs.
33 players found, about the number of teams; also half the number hit by the leader.
Top 10:

All the data was put into a spreadsheet and sorted ascending on AB/HR (lower is better). See all fields by clicking this link.
The top four in HR are the top four in AB/HR. The only change in order is Judge moving up from 4 to 2.
Now we know that Cal Raleigh is really the 2025 Home Run king and not merely the guy with the most Home Runs.
