Gambling disguised as fantasy: New York takes a stand but is it already too late?

It's probably already too little, too late.  Even if these particular gambling businesses (Draftkings and Fanduel) are shut down in the USA, people are already turned on to the idea and entities outside the jurisdiction will just replace them.
