Park Factor: max, min, StDev per year per league graphs.

Click link to view data 1903-2011 derived from the Sean Lahman database.  Not sure why some park designations are made; some appear merely to be name changes by sponsors.  And remember, many parks have changed their dimensions multiple times, including the first two versions of Yankee Stadium.  For each park:
- start year
- end year
- team
- Batting Park Factor (BPF) max, min, average
- Pitching Park Factor (PPF) max, min, average
- max attendance

I will soon post data with graphs showing park factors by year for a few traditional teams against League/Conference max and min, probably:

- Yankees, Red Sox, Tigers, White Sox

- Giants, Dodgers, Cubs, Cardinals.

Can't put too many items on a graph.
