Pedro |
It's amazing that this stuff still goes on, especially on the Bud Selig MLB Network. In all the hysterical celebrations over the election of four former players to the lame Hall of Fame, in one of the interviews with pitcher
Pedro Martinez he was asked who the toughest hitter was for him. Pedro said it was
Edgar Martinez, no relation, although we now must wonder about some vague name association.
I looked it up. It took about a minute, which the MLB Network people apparently did not have to spare.

Edgar faced Pedro 33 times: 3 singles in 25 AB, 7 BB, 11 SO, 1 HBP. .120/.333/.120/.453
In other words Edgar sucked against Pedro.
