Babe Ruth was born February 6, 1895 in Baltimore, MD. That's 120 years ago today Feb. 6, 2015. The Babe died August 16, 1948 in New York, NY at the age of 53. That's 66 years ago. In between Ruth saved and transformed baseball. His impact was greater than that of any player in either football or basketball.
Check his stats and enjoy. Be sure to examine his pitching stats as well as those for batting. He's the one and only.
