When the opposing batter steps out, act up like it's a college basketball game.

Maybe we can shame them into staying put. Opposing batters can escape ridicule and distraction but not wandering and pretending to think. If they want to concentrate, they will stay in the batter's box.

Now if only there were a positive way to encourage our own batters to do the same.
