Home Runs were down:
2017: 6,105 per game: 1.26 a record high
2018: 5,585 per game: 1.15

But Strike Outs were up (only seasons with at least 40,000 SO:
2017: 40,104 per game: 8.25
2018: 41,207 per game: 8.48 a record high
