General Manager Brian Cashman needs a serious performance review. It's doubtful that owner Hal Steinbrenner has ever given Cashman any kind of evaluation. Hal Steinbrenner probably never will. Hal is in way over his head, with no business background and even less initiative. Not a chip off the old block.
