Are batters back to wandering around after every pitch? Boring even in shorter time.

Batters at a minimum place one foot outside the batter's box between pitches. I never understood that. Prior to the new "speed up" rules of 2023, batters did  that. What, it signals a request for the plate ump to call time? Remember, only an umpire can call time out.

Yes, the games are shorter but the aggravation is returning as MLB appears as it has in this millennium: jerking around. Nothing but  jerking around. Batters. Pitchers.

Didn't they eliminate visits? Then what are those things that look like visits?

Every stupid wasted act is back.
