I checked homers in the 30s. Technically Mike Piazza hit 32 HR in 1998 playing for three teams: LAD, FLA, NYM. Piazza was parked in FLA on his way from the Dodgers to the Mets: HR 9 + 23 = 32. For FLA he played only 5 games, 18 AB, 0 HR.
No other player hitting 30-39 HR played for more than two teams.
