Hit distribution (1B, 2B, 3B, HR) 350 Home Runs.

The five previous posts addressed whether Mickey Mantle hit an average amount of doubles or less than average using two methods:

2B/BIP (balls in play)
2B/Hits

BIP = AB - SO - HR + SF

Most dealt with Mantle v. American League average.  One post touched on Mantle and batters with at least 350 home runs (HR).  This post will deal exclusively with the 93 batters who have hit at least 350 HR through 2015, specifically, the distribution percent: singles (1B), doubles (2B), triples (3B) and HR.  It will show the top and bottom five in each category as a percent of hits, not the percent of BIP.  I've had enough of that.  Mantle's ranks are at the end.  Should be fun.

For starters and to show the format, here are the top and bottom five in HR:

Mickey Mantle60.58%14.24%2.98%22.19%

Mantle ranks: 44, 90, 18, 20

Even among his home run hitting peers Mantle is near the bottom in doubles as a percent of hits.
