Constitutional amendments for team sports.

Seems pretty fundamental.  Increasingly in recent decades the integrity of Major Baseball League (MBL) games under commissioner Allen Huber "Bud" Selig has been undermined by games being played in very bad weather, including precipitation and temperature.  Constitutional amendment 4 dictated that playing fields must be dry.

For baseball I'd have 50 degrees Fahrenheit as an absolute minimum temperature.  Maximum: how about 75.  That seems comfy for both fans and players.  Sure, why shouldn't fans attending the game be comfortable, too?  And think how much better the game would be played with optimal conditions.

That should ensure a less random outcome and better integrity.  Then maybe Selig can relax his performance enhancing drugs (PED) crusade.
