MLB and its players need an honor code: not lie, cheat, steal, or tolerate those who do.

I've been advocating the military academy code: "A cadet will not lie, cheat, steal, or tolerate those who do."

There should be a code of conduct booklet that all MLB people receive and are required to review at least once a year. That review should be documented by each person signing. People should include the owners, commissioner, management, players, employees, agents of MLB, ...
