Obviously, the Yankees need to fire manager Aaron Boone to prevent him from ever using Aroldis Chapman again: Mets 10, Yankees 5.

Fire Yankee manager Aaron Boone? Then what? Tuesday, June 29, 2021

Or maybe Boone isn't the primary problem.

Obviously, the final line in my previous post was wrong. Yankee manager Aaron Boone may not be the primary problem but he's the immediate problem and he has to go. Now! Before game two of this split double seven inning doubleheader monstrosity against the Mets at Yankee Stadium.

For some bizarre reason Boone decided to protect a one run lead in the seventh and last inning with disgraced and disastrous closer Aroldis Chapman. In his previous game Chapman negated the seven first inning runs the Yankees scored off Shohei Ohtani by being the primary reason the Angels scored seven runs in the 9th inning. Chapman walked three and then gave up a grand slam home run. Angels 11, Yankees 8.

The only possible explanation is that the game of soccer is not the only last remnant of the international Communist conspiracy.

Relatives: Brother of Bret Boone; Grandson of Ray Boone; Son of Bob Boone

Aaron Boone's grandfather must have been a Russian plant in major league baseball so that one day Ray Boone's grandson could manage the Yankees and cause as much disaster as possible before being discovered. Remember, Aroldis Chapman supposedly escaped from Communist Cuba to pitch in MLB. Yankee general manager Brian Cashman acquired Chapman after Chapman became available due to a domestic violence incident while a member of the Cincinnati REDS. For those born in this millenium, REDS is what Communists were called in the 1950s when Ray Boone played and the Cincinnati baseball team felt compelled to revert to an earlier name: Redlegs.

Aaron Boone's first team as a player: REDS.

It's July 4th, Independence Day. And the birthday of the late George Steinbrenner in 1930. The Communists have no scruples.

Note: the Communist stuff is satire.
