Do Yankee fans want Marcus Stroman in their starting rotation as a “difference-maker"?

Why show a photo of Marcus Stroman pitching for the Toronto Blue Jays in 2016 when Stroman pitched 59 innings in 2019 (none in 2020) and 179 innings in 2021 for the New York Mets? Because 2016 is the most recent season that Marcus Stroman pitched in a tournament game. See below.

Two years after Brian Cashman said Stroman wasn’t a “difference-maker,” the pitcher got on Twitter to remind everyone of the slight.

There followed some predictable blah, blah, blah. The Post article features a current Met photo of Marcus Stroman with his head covered in a rag.

Marcus Stroman made a difference in that game. It isn't often that someone makes Brian Cashman look good.
