Full stats below this anecdotal story.
Jackie Robinson famously stole home in game one of the 1955 World Series against Yankee lefty pitcher Whitey Ford and Yankee catcher Yogi Berra. All three are in the Hall of fame.
8th inning, Yankees 6, Dodgers 3. Robinson was batting 7th behind Gil Hodges. Robinson was safe on an error by Yankee third baseman Gil McDougald . Dodgers scored a run on sac fly by Don Zimmer. 6-4. Robinson was on third with two out.
Frank Kellert pinch hits for Don Bessent (P) batting 9th. 1955 was the only Dodger season for the 30 year old Kellert: 39 games, 91 PA (17 pinch hitting, OPS .950): OPS+ 147. It was his best season in a short career.
Robinson steals home. 6-5. Unearned run.
Kellert singles but Gilliam makes the third out.
Seldom mentioned, especially in Dodger circles, Yanks won 6-5.
Dodgers won their only WS in Brooklyn. Robinson was benched in game 7 because he wasn't hitting. He had batted 7th and played third in the first six games, going 0 for 4 with a GDP in game six when the Yankees won 5-1 to tie the WS 3-3. In game 7 Don Hoak replaced Robinson at third: 1 for 3 plus a BB. Dodgers won 2-0. Hoak had pinch hit in game 2: BB. He played in all 7 games (OPS .683) in the 1960 WS for Pittsburgh: Pirates beat Yankees 4-3.
Below are all 31 times, including this one in the WS, when Jackie Robinson attempted to steal home. His record was 20-11.

MW0RR In the Play Description column, scan for any row with "Steals Hm", and those his steals of home.
I hope that helps. If you have any other questions, please let me know.
Thank you,

Thank you, Katie.
I could not use both SB and CS, so I had to run separate queries and combine them in a spreadsheet. Also, it does not differentiate who is stealing and who's on third (Who is on second. per Abbott and Costello), so I had to weed out records for when Robinson stole second or third and a teammate was on third. OK, now to the data. Click the link below to view my spreadsheet, which has all the data from stathead.com The play description column is too wide to display here.

I moved records for SB and CS for second or third below and changed the color.
I also move these columns to the right as they confused me and didn't seem to add enough (my guesses are in row one):
Batter is the teammate on deck. Sorted on Date:
Success score SB-CS: 20-11.
Robinson never tried to steal home with zero outs. 26 times with two outs, five times with one out.
Pitchers on deck in red. All three times bases loaded.
Bases loaded six times: RoB: 123.
Home/Road: 20/11
Pitchers lefty/righty data not included. Easier to steal home against a lefty because the pitcher has his back to third base.

In 1969 with Billy Martin in his only season managing the Minnesota Twins, Rod Carew set the season record for stealing home: 7. Carew was Caught Stealing home twice that season so he was 7-2. His overall record was 19-8, so stealing second and third: 12-6.
For year 1969, Involving Rod Carew as a baserunner, Stolen Bases, 3B occupied, Sorted by Earliest Event.

Shockingly, three times it was a triple steal and all three included slugger Killebrew, who was also on base when Carew alone SB.

Both unsuccessful attempts were in September. The last successful try was July 16. I don't know why stopped or why he resumed. Nothing in his SABR addresses this.
As mentioned, in 1969 Rod Carew was 7-2 trying to steal home.
