deGrom (10-9) and Snell (21-5) will win Cy Young award because of their (W-L) records.

21-5. You just can't help but stare at it. Blake Snell of Tampa has about as much supporting AL data as Jacob deGrom in the NL but that 21-5 is mesmerizing.

deGrom will get votes from the "kill the win" crowd, anxious to emphasize that Felix Hernandez winning the 2010 AL Cy Young award as best pitcher with a won-lost record of 13-12 was no fluke. Hernandez also led in innings, starts, ERA, ERA+.

Here are their 2018 "league" top ten ranks in both traditional and new pitching stats in their respective "leagues".
