Rizzuto is a surprise because his career is relatively short and WAR, dWAR, ... are totals. Longer careers should produce higher values.
I wanted more context, so I ran an ad hoc query for batting. There was none for fielding.
I randomly picked Rfield to add some context, along with general stats like Games and Plate Appearances.

Three of the top 50 Yankees in career dWAR had negative Rfield so I had to make that criteria a negative number: -12. That got the top 50 in career dWAR.
For combined seasons, Playing for NYY, in the regular season, requiring Fielding Runs (Rfield) >= -12 and Defensive WAR (dWAR) >= 2.9, sorted by descending Defensive WAR (dWAR).
